This article explains how to manually reset a unit or complete a unit for a learner in a certificate program where learners are required to complete a unit in sequential manner. If you are an instructor and your course does not have a sequential order, jump straight to steps 5
1. Click on Rules and Path.
2. Click on in a sequential order.
3. Change it to in any order.
4. Hit the Save button.
5. Click on Users & Progress
7. Hover over the unit you would like to reset or complete. Select reset or complete accordingly.
8. Click on Rules & Path.
9. Change the Show units back to In a sequential order.
10. Hit the save button.
