CASE has an easy to use password reset tool. To access it, follow these steps:


1. Go to the portal that you would like to reset. It could be the Main portal or Employer branch or French branch and click on the "Login" link at the top right corner of the page.


2. Click on "Forgot your password" link on the login modal.



3. Enter the email associated with your account and click on "Send"



4. An automated email will be sent to your email for resetting the password.  Note that each password reset email is valid for 20 minutes.
