If a module is displaying as a blank screen on your computer or mobile device this may be related to cookies. Cookies are needed for the modules from Articulate Rise to communicate to the CASE Learning Portal whether you have successfully completed a unit or not. By default, cookies are enabled for most popular browsers such as Edge, Chrome, or Safari. We encourage you to use one of these common browsers when accessing courses on the CASE Learning Portal.


On occasion cookies are disabled or you may prefer to use another browser. If that occurs, please follow these steps below to ensure that cookies are enabled:


Google Chrome


Windows

1. Click the menu symbol and choose Settings. 

2. In the Privacy and security section, click Cookies and other site data. 

3. Make sure you Allow all cookies.


Mac

1. Click on the Chrome menu bar and choose Preferences 

2. In the Privacy and security section, click Cookies and other site data. 

3. Make sure you Allow all cookies.


Microsoft Edge


Windows

1. Click the menu symbol and choose Settings. 

2. In the Advanced settings section, click View advanced settings. 

3. From the Cookies drop-down list, choose Don’t block cookies.


Safari


Mac

1. Click Safari and choose Preferences. 

2. Go to the Privacy tab. 

3. In the Cookies and website data section, uncheck "Block all cookies"

4. Also ensure that prevent cross-site tracking is unchecked.


iOS

1. On your iPhone or iPad, click Settings. 

2. On the left-hand panel, choose Safari. 

3. In the Privacy & Security section, uncheck Block Cookies.
