If you have a test that has a preset maximum number of attempts and a learner has used up all their attempts without successfully passing it, you can follow these steps to reset it for a student.


Login as an instructor to the CASE Learning Portal, select your course and select "Reports" on the right sidebar of your screen.

Select "Tests" on the reports navigation bar, and select the test you would like to reset. In the screenshot below, Module 1 Knowledge Check was selected.

Select the student whose test you would like to reset and click on the "Not Passed" icon

Under the "Options" tab choose the "Reset" icon as shown in the screenshot. When prompted, confirm your selection.
