If you or your organization ever need to update an email, rest assured that all of your progress will still be saved when you transfer over to your new email account. After the changeover, your new email account will be your login name, and your password will remain the same. Any progress made on a course will transfer over automatically.
As a best practice, we recommend that the password to your email account to not be the same as your password to the learning portal. We also recommending using a strong alphanumeric password, changing your passwords every six months to a year, and using a password manager.
